Your SIS stays the system of record.

Basin works with your student information system, not instead of it. We read your roster so nothing is entered twice, and Basin is where your school coordinates, communicates, and collects the everyday fees that aren't tuition.

What Basin is

Staff reach families in one place. Parents get one app organized around their child. You can see what each family was actually asked to do this week.

What Basin is not

Not a gradebook, not transcripts, not tuition billing. Those stay in your SIS. No teacher enters the same thing in two systems, and no parent needs a second portal to see what matters today.

Basin works with FACTS, PowerSchool and ClassReach. No SIS? Smaller schools, co-ops and clubs can run Basin as their first coordination layer.
