Event day
Field days, meets, class parties: list the roles, share one link, watch them fill. Volunteers see what's left without an account, and whoever claims a role gets where to stand, what to bring, and who to call.

Once they take a role: where exactly to stand, what to bring, the course map, and who to call.
One roster, not three
Mention the meet in three newsletters, tie each one to the event, and every sign-up lands on one list.
Private until it matters
The link shows roles and open places. Volunteer names and phone numbers stay inside the app.
Free for volunteers
Taking a role takes a free Koalie account. The link opens the app if they have it and gets them there if they don't.
